Alessandro Pastorini, a Brazilian enthusiast of his country’s authentic cuisine and a passionate chef, has been at the helm of LE BOSS FOOD for three years. He will prepare a delicious feijoada for this event, filled with experiences that will transport guests straight to the heart of Brazil.
