About FEEST
Since 1970, the Erasmus Huis has served as a dynamic hub for cultural cooperation and diplomacy between Indonesia and the Netherlands. This year, we are celebrating our anniversary with "FEEST" (meaning "party" in Dutch), a special festival dedicated to art, culture and community.
This special day will be filled with exciting and inspiring programs for everyone. The afternoon session is designed for families, with a special photo session with Bobo magazine, engaging storytelling sessions by Pesta Cerita Anak (TaCita), and a kinderdisco (disco session for children) with DJ Hogi Wirjono. You can also join a curatorial tour of our current exhibition "Beyond Unsettled Pasts" (with sessions for both kids and adults) by CultureLab. In the evening the party continues with a special concert by Dutch jazz collective PARRA.DICE, as well as hip-hop street dance performance “Lorong” by Institut Kesenian Jakarta students, and DJ sets by Ellga and Yunagy (alumni of SAE Indonesia Creative Media Academy). You can also enjoy soul-funk music from Laid This Nite and explore the creative market by Sore Santai Market, complete with various food and drinks.
