About this Event
For many of us feelings are confusing, yet they are simply messages from our body about outr internal state. They don't need to be feared, ignored, or dismissed.
Befriending our feelings supports positive mental health and wellbeing, it increases our resilience and ability to move forward in our lives with confidence and positivity.
This workshop offers a combination of knowledge input, interaction and practical activities to:
- Increase awareness and understanding of the role and purpose of feelings
- Explore how to regulate our emotional state to help achieve our goals
