Join us for an immersive evening of energy awareness, deep listening, and crystal sound healing. This gentle yet powerful experience invites you to slow down, tune into your body, and explore the subtle energies within and around you.
During the evening, you’ll be introduced to the chakra system - what the chakras are, where they live in the body, and how they influence our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
Through guided practices, you’ll learn how to sense energy, deepen body awareness, and experience how sound and vibration support the nervous system and emotional balance.
We’ll close with a deeply relaxing crystal sound bowl sound bath, allowing the frequencies to support energetic clearing, emotional release, and a sense of grounding and integration.
