Looking for a place to find peace…? Looking for a space to find comfort…? Searching for an inviting community where you can feel supported through the multifaceted journey called life? Then, you are in the right place, as you seek alignment and mindfulness through the FEELING SUPPORTED YOGA FLOW ☁
This 1 hour weekly class, guides students along their self-healing paths to reconnection with their authentic selves. This all-levels class, introduces yoga & meditation to help students release and find inner balance. This class is heavily influenced by Hatha yoga, where the practice moves at a slower to medium pace, and where yoga poses are broken down in an accessible way to accommodate students. Chairs will also be on site for those who would like to use them during the practice.
I look forward to seeing you at The Hall CP, as you press the start button on your yoga journey! Remember to come as you are, with no judgments and comparisons. We all have the ability to unlock the practice of yoga within ourselves at any time.
