You will learn to:

  • Identify supports and supportive qualities in your life
  • Nurture feelings of comfort to feel supported and compassionate towards self and others
  • Explain why trust and comfort are important for well-being

**Includes a guided visualization exercise aimed at recalling and internalizing the feeling of being supported

Research suggests that increasing momentary feelings of comfort by thinking about supportive relationships can make us more trusting, compassionate, and helpful toward others in general.
