Taught by Melissa Freilich
Perfect for both people who already love sword and shield and people who feel intimidated by weight lifting. We'll use Alexander Technique to develop a clearer understanding of efficient and strong movement to make sword and shield easier to swing around and act with for anybody and any body! Feel mighty by making these so called "heavy weapons" both light and powerful.
