Feeling salty lately? About Valentine’s Day, relationships, work, or just life in general?This event is a chance to come together, say it out loud, and release some of that built-up frustration in a healthy, embodied way. We’ll use playful somatic movement, rhythm, and sound to help emotions move instead of getting stuck, followed by calming breathwork and crystal bowl sound to help everything settle.
The entire experience takes place in the salt cave, with halotherapy running throughout. As you release emotional tension, you’ll also receive the natural benefits of salt therapy to support breathing, relaxation, and overall calm.
We’ll wrap things up with aromatherapy and create custom blended bath salts for you to take home. A simple reminder of what it feels like to soften, reset, and let things go, even when real life stays messy and unpredictable.
