Join Shawn of New Earth Healing Center and Jeff of breathARMY for an evening of activation, transformation, and connection as we enter the multidimensional portal of the Cosmic Heart. Join us for a beautiful evening of discussion, movement, breath, and sound—facilitated with a deep heart intention to reconnect to the vast potential of love and truth available within each of us.
Our evening will begin with a welcoming, an introduction to the theme, and an opportunity to set intentions. We'll begin with a short, guided, intuitive and organic movement journey to connect to our felt experience and begin to move beyond the thinking mind. From there, we’ll drop into a conscious connected breath journey using a variety of breathing techniques, expertly guided by Jeff and supported by Shawn.
Shawn will guide you through a heart-centered sound journey—an immersive experience to soften the mind, open the heart, and reconnect with your true self. Using crystal singing bowls, drone flutes, Tibetan bowls, drums, gong, chimes, and other sacred tools, Shawn creates a powerful vibrational field designed for healing, remembrance, and reconnection. The sound clears stagnant patterns, dissolves energetic blocks, and invites deep resonance and stillness.
This journey opens the doorway to multidimensional awareness, where the mind quiets and your soul's wisdom emerges.
