Join us for this Summer Yoga Workshop led by Julie Lin, consisting of 4 classes to reconnect with yourself and embrace your true beauty!
This workshop focuses on using resistance bands to help tone muscles without feeling bulky, guiding through alignment-based Hatha yoga poses to find and feel ones that express your true inner beauty outward! You will be immersed in meditation to sit still and quiet to know and feel your beauty within and out. This workshop aims to help you reconnect to your true self, including your true beauty. More importantly, this workshop is for you to bring your true beauty out on your body, mind, and soul.

This workshop consists of 4 sessions that can be attended individually or as a workshop set.

What Will You Receive from Each Session?
From each session, you can create an enjoyable daily practice that works for you and incorporate aspects of the sessions into your life, from meditation to yoga poses, to help you reconnect with your body!
Level: Beginners welcome and all skill levels will be accommodated as all sessions in this workshop are beginner-friendly!
Age: We welcome all ages to attend!
What to Bring: A yoga mat and a bottle of water are all that's needed! Everything else is provided for you!
About Julie:
Julie is a certified yoga instructor with experience teaching Flow Yoga, Alignment-Oriented Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Specialty Yoga, and All-Level Hatha Yoga (which she currently teaches at Jiaren Yoga). Julie Lin is an ACE Certified Health Coach. She intends to help people to feel good in their body, mind, and soul after the class. She has experience teaching chair yoga to seniors in assisted living centers and doing yoga with seniors with memory loss. She will work as your accountability partner and work with you to set your health goals and have plans and actions working toward your goals.
As a certified yoga teacher and certified Health Coach, she is familiar with lifestyle medicines, (such as diet, exercise, and social connection) asana yoga, and meditation and breath work/pranayama as they are often used to help achieve health goals.
As an Asian immigrant living in the US, Julie respects the differences among different cultures and backgrounds.
