About this Event
We welcome the Feel Good Flows community to embark on a journey to celebrate SUMMER & wonder within the hidden jewels from your heart in the Royal Botanical Gardens... with guidance from our dear three-times public poet Franks Martin.
What?
We will start with meditation, movement, & breath under our favourite tree... followed by guided self expression through writing with Franks Martin your guide every step of the way. We will then sit back, relax, enjoy a glass of wine or cacao in the garden.
When & Where?
Sunday 17th November 3-5pm in Royal Botanical Gardens under our favourite tree.
Cost?
This is a yoga class plus poetry workshop with a catered picnic - this event is usually offered at $55 per person.
In the spirit of Feel Good Flows being all inclusive offering experiences as an honesty exchange model we ask for you to choose donation, knowing that $35pp is where we land to break even.
Anything offered above is very much appreciated and will be going towards supporting the artist Frank Martin and your host Eliza, founder of Feel Good Flows, as well as helping making this offering available to a handful of those who cant offer a donation.
Please note we alo allocate a handful of community sponsored spots by the generosity of your fellow community members for those who need wellness and price is a barrier. Please reach out.
