– two workshops, two specialists, one transformative day of practice.

Workshop 1: Anatomy of Asana Alignment🕚 11:30-1pm
Led by Dr. James Buddle, one of the most knowledgeable and passionate chiropractors in the field. If you’ve ever wondered, Am I really doing my Downward Dog right? So have we! This is your chance to refine, adjust, and unlock a deeper understanding of alignment. James brings years of expertise to help you feel strong, safe, and powerful in your practice.You'll work in partners to really give eachother feedback and elavate your practice.
Workshop 2: Inversions with Giselle🕐 1:30– 3pm
Step into the exhilarating world of going upside down. Guided by Giselle, a true specialist in inversions, we invite you to learn where to start and how to build your confidence. Whether you’re finding your first kick-up or working towards floating into handstands, Giselle will meet you exactly where you are and inspire you to rise higher.So let's build your foundation, and flip your perspective.

- $35 for one workshop choose 11.30-1pm Asana Anatomy or 1.30-3pm Inversions
- $60 for both - you'll have a little break to move your car get a coffee - BEAUTIFUL.
