Feel the Beat: Mujeres en Movimiento is more than just an event; it’s a celebration of movement, health, and sisterhood. 💖

Organized by the Woman Development Institute, this bilingual wellness experience is designed to bring women together in a joyful, supportive space where we can move our bodies, learn something new, and take care of ourselves from the inside out.

Whether you come solo or with a friend, you're invited to reconnect with yourself, release stress, and recharge in a community setting.

1. 💃 Zumba session led by an energetic instructor to get your body moving and your heart pumping
2. 🩺 A special health talk with a doctor on the myths and truths about cardiovascular health
3. ❄️ Cold Plunge Experience a guided moment to refresh and reset
