By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
• Differentiate between emotional intelligence and cognitive intelligence.
• Assess their own emotional intelligence using validated self-assessment tools.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance personal and social competencies.
• Apply emotional intelligence skills in diverse workplace scenarios and family interactions.
• Resolve conflicts and lead teams more effectively using emotional intelligence.
• Communicate with empathy and build trust-based relationships in both personal and professional life.
