We will be running 3 hot yoga class during our Feel Hot Yoga Open Day on Sunday 23rd March in our Watford studio:
8 – 9 am Stillness, Strength & Space class with Jonny
This is a great class for people new to yoga, or those who have been doing it before. A slightly slower paced class so more time to enjoy each posture.
9.30 - 10.30 am Freedom Flow class with Anji
A faster paced class so more suitable for those who have been to yoga classes previously or are fit and healthy and want to see what hot yoga is all about.
11 – 12 pm Yin yoga class with Steve
A fantastic class for those looking to restore their mental well-being and enjoy being in the heat of the studio. Postures are held for longer. Suitable for all.
Classes are just £1 with proceeds going to a local Watford charity. New Hope supports people who are homeless.
Bookings are currently open to new students only or those who haven’t visited our studio for the past 2 years.
