Join Emma from Thorlby Yoga for a 60 minute yoga session on the terrace at The Refuge in the beautiful Kimpton Clocktower building.
Emma will ease you into your Saturday, guiding you through some relaxing meditation and breathwork techniques and into an energising yoga flow. Emma's sessions are inclusive and accessible to all! The session will be followed by a nutritious breakfast offering of fruits, yoghurt and juices. Mats will be provided.

Feel Good Summer, The Series:
The Refuge invites you to feel good this summer with a series of activations running throughout July and August. Taking care of all things wellness will be Emma of Thorlby Yoga who has curated a schedule of feel good activities to kickstart your summer weekends. Expect therapeutic and invigorating yoga sessions and wholesome, immersive workshops every Saturday with nourishing food and drinks to enjoy.
