Join us for a creative workshop led by Susmita, where drawing meets mindfulness! Inspired by Zentangle, this session encourages you to express emotions through breathwork and repetitive patterns, without the constraints of rules.Through belly breathwork, you’ll tune into your emotions and allow them to unfold naturally on paper. Instead of focusing on perfection, we’ll embrace the process of creating without editing, letting patterns emerge in the moment. This is a space for relaxation, self-expression, and self-discovery—absolutely no drawing experience needed!
What to Expect:
🌀 Introduction & Purpose – We’ll start by talking about the session and how drawing can help express emotions.
💨 Belly Breathwork – A short breathing exercise to help you relax and focus.
🎨 Pattern Creation – You’ll learn how to create simple, repeating patterns as a way to express yourself.
🎨 Draw Freely: Develop your own repetitive designs as a reflection of your inner world.
💖 No Right or Wrong: This is about creativity, not perfection—just let your emotions flow
🤝 Connect & Share: Experience a supportive space with other women on a creative journey.
🖍️ All Materials Provided: Paper, pencils, colored pens, and pencils—just bring yourself!
