Leslie Field - Somatic Practitioner of Embodied Movement will lead you through a gentle movement practice to PAUSE and connect with the body to rejuvenate and restore balance in your nervous system.
✨ Interiors: Design for Wellness with Melissa Kite
Melissa Kite – MKD is an interior design studio, specializing in residential interior design. Melissa’s approach to interiors is extremely personal and her belief is that the home reflects the Self. You will learn design processes to help you declutter your home and discern between design trends and what it means to design for wellness.
