Feel: An Embodied Farm Experience

We’ll be sharing multiple embodiment practices that will offer you a chance to take a break from the chaos of everyday life and to get out of your head and into your body. In addition to the movement practices, you’ll experience a day immersed in nature, a tour of the gardens, and two farm fresh vegetarian meals with homegrown herbal teas. We’ll end the day with chanting and a fire ceremony to let go of what’s ready to be released and to embrace the insights from the day.
