Are you new to facilitating feedback in your work? Or looking to brush up on feedback practices before the Summit? Then join us for the one-day Feedback Crash Course in Denver.
This action-packed day includes interactive exercises, personal reflection, and group work Throughout the day, you will hone your understanding of the phases of the feedback loop–buy-in, design, collect, analyze, dialogue, and course correct–while tackling your own feedback challenge. The session is accompanied by robust learning materials, including written case studies for each stage of the loop and tips and tricks for systematically embedding feedback in your organization's programs and operations.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
1. Articulate the value of feedback and describe each stage of the loop;
2. Design a realistic, unflashy closed feedback loop; and
3. Feel like you can really get started!
