The chaos is constant... The stress is real! Are you feeling the weight of it all? Come release, recharge, & reconnect with a group scream - and dance party!
We’ll gather by White Rock Lake to scream out the stress, shake out the tension, and dance ourselves back to joy. Because screaming & dancing together is cheaper than therapy – and way more fun!
Why We Do This:
- To release rage & fear, not hold it inside.
- To reclaim joy as an act of resistance.
- To build resilience & community.
- To remind ourselves what we are fighting FOR, not just what we’re fighting against.

Where: at White Rock Lake's Dreyfuss Club Point - 600 E. Lawther Drive
Time: 1:30 - 3 pm
We’ll have music, but BYO noise makers, bells, maracas, and tambourines, if you want.
We’ll have some waters, but feel free to BYO treats or bring treats to offer to share.
