Croí Connections retreats provide an opportunity to journey towards a deeper connection to yourself. Each retreat is tailored to foster a safe space where patients can take meaningful steps towards healing and personal growth. Our retreat will be co facilitated by Michael Maisey of The CIP Project. The weekend will include a traditional Lakota Sweat Lodge Ceremony, hosted by Michael, guided breathwork, shadow work and an opportunity for some connection as part of the Croí Connections community.
