Perimeter Trail & Town Common~606 Franklin Pierce Hwy, Barrington

Let's further celebrate the winter wonderland of Barrington and join Denis Beaulieu on a snowshoe hike along the new Perimeter Trail. The Parks & Recreation's new half mile trail departs the Calef's Corner parking lot thru the woods to a bog and the elementary school and returns to the Town Common. We'll park in the large municipal lot at Calef's Corner (RT 9 & 125) and gear up for either snowshoeing or a winter hike. We'll hike if snow conditions will not support.
Dress for the weather, including the ability to shed a layer for warmth. Be prepared to either snowshoe (snowshoes, poles and appropriate footwear) or hike (hike boots and traction devices).
