Welcome to February Unplugged; Women's Evening In-Person Rest
Your space to Unwind & Restore
This is an evening to press pause, to release the weight of everyone elses's needs, slow down in the ever increasing busy, let go of being on the go (in and out of work), put down work and switch off the phone, so that you get to press pause.
This is your time to rest and press pause ;
-Be connected in conversation with others that remind you that you're not alone
-Create connections and network to support who just get it
-Switch off with guided meditation for rest (yoga nidra) to replenish your energy
-Soothe away tension with a sound bath
-Have space to think with journalling and creativity to reconnect with yourself
What to know
No experience needed, come as you are and there's nothing to do except rest and restore.

Parish Rooms (Green Tin Building) Upper Street, Stratford St Mary, Colchester CO7 6JH
What to bring
Yoga mat, blankets, socks, comfortable clothes, bolster ( or extra pillows for underneath your knees) and pillow for comfort during rest .
The session starts at 7pm, so please allow time for street parking.
Please be aware of the contraindictions of sound healing, which are pregnancy, epilepsy and those who may have a pace maker.
