About this Event
Join Lisa Gotwals for February's Tea Ceremony, where we will dive deep into the incredible benefits of hawthorn! This gentle yet powerful herb is known for its heart-supporting properties, promoting overall cardiovascular health and emotional well-being. Together, we will craft a heart opening blend of hawthorn tea, rose, and ceremonial cacao. In this sacred space we will close with a cacao circle—an opportunity to deepen our connection to the energies of the plants, express gratitude, and share in supportive community.
Lisa Gotwals is a Board Certified Holistic Nurse, Native American medicine woman, author, and wisdom keeper of Mother Earth.
