HELD @ SHEDFIELD READING ROOM ✨FEBRUARY ~ IS ALL ABOUT TAROT✨
It’s fun, friendly and generally we have 12-15 people attending, each session.
Starting with a guided meditation, we cover all sorts of topics by using simple tasks to help answer your own questions or perhaps answering questions for others ?
Regular tasks can be :

Pendulum
Colours
Spiritual writing
Music
Psychometry
Spiritual chats … and more
There is a dual purpose to everything I teach.
meditation is a great tool to aid anxiety, along with the tasks given in group, they all encourage mindfulness which will help reduce anxiety, stress & encourage relaxation.
For those on a more spiritual path it will help to enhance your senses and deepen your understanding.
For those new to learning / understanding all things spiritual … it’s not too hocus pocus ✨
