Marlana Botnick Fireman (she/they) is a queer, Jewish writer and editor in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is pursuing her MFA in Creative Writing at the University of New Orleans. Her work can be found or is forthcoming in Hey Alma, Reckon Review, Creation Mag, The Hooghly Review, Sad Girl Diaries, and elsewhere. She serves as an Associate Fiction Editor for Bayou Magazine. Mik Grantham is the founder and co-editor of Disorder Press, which she runs with her brother and the author of the poetry collection HARDCORE (Short Flight/Long Drive Books). Her interviews and work have previously appeared in Believer Magazine, Vol. 1 Brooklyn, Juked, New World Writing, Maudlin House, Fanzine, and others. She lives in New Orleans, where she owns a cafe and small bookshop in the Upper Ninth Ward, called Lowpoint.
