We are thrilled to share that Dr. Dave Grossnickle, an Assistant Professor of Biology at the Oregon Institute of Technology, will be presenting at our February meeting. Dave did a paleontology post-doctorate at the University of Washington and studied at the Burke Museum. He has many publications dealing with the origin of mammals and their evolution. He will give us an excellent introduction to this complex topic!Everyone is welcome to join us! Before the talk, we will have show-and-tell by members and guests. Please bring fossils for identification and discussion. It's a great time to bring in your mammal fossils from your fossil collections!
For a link to the meeting via Zoom, send a Message a day or so before the meeting. We have had problems with Zoom-bombing, so we don’t post the invite publicly anymore. If you are a NARG member, check your email Inbox for an invite.
