But what happens when the unimaginable happens? Steve and Fern have been long-time members at FAC and have actively been involved in serving here over the years – Steve as an Elder at FAC and Fern as Counselling and Soul Care Pastor. Fern is the author of "Embrace Life, Embrace Hope: Cultivating Wholeness and Resilience through the Unexpected." They are parents of two grown married daughters and two sons-in-law, and grandparents to 5 beautiful grandchildren, and have a fur baby – a ginger-coloured mini-Australian labradoodle.
