Join us for our FEBRUARY LIBERTY DANCE BALL in Springtown, a family-friendly homeschool event for all ages! We will have new young callers who will call the contra dances—you do not have to know the dances to join in and have a great time!Details and Announcements:
• 6 PM-9:30 PM: Main Dance with contra, waltz, country, and swing—cost $8/person, $40/single family household
• Alcohol and smoking are not permitted
• All parents are responsible for their children
• Song requests must have the approval of leadership (see Crista Bollier, Mary Littrell, Cortney Weiss)
• Bring a finger food, dessert, or drink to share! We will have a special table for gluten-free items.
• Dress code is mandatory (see below)
• Covid Protocol: no mask required
• No PDA allowed (Public Display of Affection)
• Proper dance etiquette and modest behavior required on the dance floor
• No wandering around the premises inside or outside without an adult chaperone. Stay in the approved areas. If you need something from your car, a chaperone must escort you.
Dress Code:
• Casual/church attire, not sloppy
• No plunging necklines (no cleavage)
• No shorts
• No exposed midriffs, crop tops, halter tops, tube tops, or strapless outfits
• No short skirts or dresses- Skirts and dresses must be no more than 2 inches above the knee in length, and bike shorts must be worn underneath. If you wear a covering over a dress that does not meet the dress code alone, you must wear the covering the entire evening
• No "Gothic" or other extreme forms of make-up, jewelry, clothing
• No clothing with offensive or inappropriate writing or drawing

The Dress code and PDA will be closely monitored. Those not adhering to the dress code or displaying PDA will be corrected. When asked by leadership to fix the issue, and the third correction does not correct it, it will be an automatic removal from the dance without a refund.
