We will set-up in in the hall from 9.15am and need to be completed by 10.45am as visitors are usually chomping at the bit to enter the hall by 11am. This is an annual event for us with wildlife charities and groups as well as Mill Cottage Farm, HDC Rangers, etc. This is the first event of the year and tends to be fairly busy with families. We have had some interesting sightings as result of this event and it is a fairly relaxed easing back into chatting with the public. Luckily we don't need the gazebo so set up is generally quick.
I will be there from the start, but if anyone is free to drop in to join me at any time it would be good to catch up as HIWARG emerges from its winter hibernation. You don't have to stay for the whole day.
Facebook seems to think Hook is in Basingstoke, so don't be fooled by the location text. I'll post a map in the comments, but be careful as you approach the entrance to the car park in Ravenscroft as there are a couple of huge tank busting speed ramps outside the front of the hall.
