This half term, we’re bringing the House to life with music! Inspired by the silent order of nuns who once lived here – only breaking their silence to sing their prayers – and the striking portrait of Elizabeth Sheridan in the Library, one of the most celebrated singers of her day, we’re filling Delapré Abbey with sound and song.Join us for karaoke and show off your moves in our disco room – perfect for little (and big!) dancers.
Preacher the Storyteller shares fascinating stories inspired by song on Wednesday (see delapreabbey.org for tickets!).
And for a bit of extra fun, why not come dressed as your favourite singer?

We’re reopening the House for general admission on Sunday 16th February – join us for a half term filled with music, history, and a touch of star quality!
Open Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 11am-4pm.
Adults £5, under 18s and annual pass holders FREE.
