This month’s group acupuncture focuses on circulation and self-compassion, helping things move again with kindness instead of force.Treatments will support healthy blood and energy flow, soften tension, and encourage a warmer, more forgiving relationship with your body—right when it needs it most.
What you’ll experience:
Improved circulation and gentle energy movement
Relief from stiffness, cold, or lingering tension
Support for emotional ease and self-compassion
A sense of warmth, softness, and reconnection
Each participant receives an individualized treatment within the group setting.
