About this Event
Hello, 2025! Join me for a transformative evening under full moon, as we gather together to honor ourselves, our hearts, and the spirit of love. This sound bath session is designed to help you connect with your inner self, amplify love, and release any negative energy that may be holding you back.
You’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, guiding you into a deep meditative state. Allow the healing sounds to wash over you, leaving you feeling relaxed, centered, and recharged—ready to embrace love in all its forms, starting with the love you give to yourself.
Our goal is to collectively set intentions for love, healing, and personal growth. I hope that this sacred space will nurture you and help you open up to the abundance of love and light that surrounds you. Whether you’re here to deepen your self-love practice, release old patterns, or simply bask in the energy of the full moon, this evening is a perfect opportunity to celebrate who you are. I cannot wait to share this magic with all of you!
***Because we will be outdoors, please be sure to bring a towel, blanket(s), or beach chair to get comfortable in as you lay back and enjoy the sound bath experience! I also highly recommend bringing drinking water and an extra layer or two to cover up with just in case it is chilly in the evening. Feel free to bring anything with you to maximize your comfort!!
Location: We will be set up on the beach on the grass to the left of the entrance of the park.
***This event is donation based and all ages are welcome. If bringing children, I just ask that you please be mindful of noise levels as to not disturb our fellow attendees! Donations can be made through my EventBrite page, or at the event via venmo, zelle, or cash! Suggested donation is $15-$20 per person, but whatever serves you is just as well 🙂 Please Note that if this page says 'sold out' that you may still attend and donate in person.
***Parking: This park is located where parking is free and accessible. There is also a restroom.
**Cancellations: Because this event is outdoors, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. If for some reason the weather on the beach is not favorable for our event, it will be cancelled. Unfavourable conditions INCLUDE wind speeds over 20-25 MPH, rain, or too cold of temperatures to be comfortable. Your safety and comfort is at the top of my priority list, so if for any reason this event is cancelled or rescheduled, I will post on my Instagram (@soundhealingwithshelby) and Facebook pages as well as communicate through EventBrite to ensure everyone is up to date on what is to come!
