Date Night DetailsAll engaged and married couples are invited to Jeanine Turner’s talk, Welcoming Conflict as an Opportunity for Learning: Navigating Your Approach to Conflict.
Successful conflict can be a necessary and integral part of innovative and creative relationships. However, partners and families often find it difficult to create a space where constructive disagreement leads to growth and breakthrough opportunities.
The first step toward creating this environment is to gain self-awareness of your own conflict style and to develop curiosity about how others in your family approach conflict. This seminar will explore the five conflict styles people bring to conversations and provide practical strategies for addressing these styles and communicating more effectively.
