About Garreth Smith
As CEO of Northern Pride, Garreth leads the club’s strategic direction while staying deeply connected to its grassroots community and high‑performance culture.
He will share what it takes to align culture, communication and performance in fast‑moving, high‑pressure environments.
About Colin Wilke
Colin Wilkie developed his early football at the Tully Tigers and played school rugby league at Tully State High and Kirwan State High School before being signed by the Melbourne Storm. After his playing days, Wilkie moved into coaching and rugby league leadership roles. As of 2025–26, he serves as the Senior Women’s Head Coach & Elite Pathways and Development Manager for the Northern Pride, contributing to both first-grade coaching and talent pathways in Far North Queensland rugby league.
About Sam Williams
Sam Williams is a highly experienced rugby league halfback with a distinguished career across the NRL and Super League. Best known for his long service with the Canberra Raiders, Sam has also played with the St George Illawarra Dragons, Catalans Dragons and Wakefield Trinity, bringing leadership and professionalism wherever he’s gone. Coming off the back of 3 Minor Premierships and 2 Premierships for the Queanbeyan Roos as head coach Sam has taken the reins of the Northern Pride Head Coach’s role where he continues to contribute to the game through coaching, mentoring and community involvement, using his experience to develop the next generation of players.
