About this Event
In celebration of Valentine’s Day weekend, bring a partner for this group workshop! This can be your significant other, your best friend, a relative or anyone with whom you'd like to connect.
We will practice breathing exercises designed to reduce stress and increase mental clarity, groundedness, calm and physical energy, followed by a partner connection exercise to help you reconnect with one another.
Solo friends, you are welcome to come practice too! You can always take what you learn home to share with a partner later on.
Connect with others in a safe and supportive environment as you explore the benefits of conscious breathing. Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this event is open to all. Come as you are. :)
