February 8th Speakeasy Pasta Class

Join us for an exciting pasta class with Chef Joe Peroney at Co-Sign Speakeasy! Learn how to make delicious pasta from scratch and impress your friends and family with your newfound culinary skills. This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to learn from a seasoned chef in a fun and relaxed environment. Don't miss out on this unique experience!

Your ticket gets you one free beverage (to be picked from a choice of 3 at the event) and there will be a private bartender assigned to our group. You may order any drink from their hand-crafted menu during the duration of the class

Two pasta dishes will be served at the end of class. One dish will consist of hand cut noodles chef Joe pairs with white truffle oul and parmesan and the second dish with be Joe's homemade lasagna. 24 layers of pasta, cheese, basil and sauce. This lasagna will change your life.

All pasta that you make in class you will take home with you to enjoy.

This class will contain gluten and dairy and we will be unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

This is a hands-on class and participants will be standing for approximately 2 hours. There will be bench seating if needed for you to take a break during class.
