Preparing for your labor and birth by taking classes will build your confidence and ease your fears. This 3 week series includes:

Week 1 - February 12th

Childbirth Preparation:

• Comfort measures
• Pain management
• Breathing and relaxation techniques

Week 2 -February 19th

Baby Express (Newborn Baby Care):

• Diaper changes
• Why do babies cry?
• Umbilical cord and circumcision care
• Tummy time/SIDS prevention

Week 3 - February 26th

Breastfeeding:

• Dispel common breastfeeding myths
• Establish your milk flow
• How to know if your baby is getting enough to eat
• Feeding cues
