I want to share a bit about this session. During the colder winter months, we will focus on a weekly session that reconnects the body with what it needs to thrive. We will begin by gently settling into a seated posture, either on a chair or a mat, ensuring you are comfortable. I will offer various restorative movement suggestions before we begin sound bathing with Mark and me. This will include a short, 15-minute restorative movement practice, incorporating breathwork and circular breathing techniques to help the body relax and soothe the nervous system. We will then transition to a 45-minute sound bathing session, followed by light refreshments, juices, teas, and cake.Here's to the power of rest and taking the time to listen deeply.
