Support Black Businesses at the 2026 Expo!

Did you know that only 4% of Black American businesses survive the startup stage, even though 20% start businesses? Our annual expo is here to change that!

If you’re a local Black-owned business, this event is tailored just for you! Presented by Black Owned NWA in collaboration with Blackground Agency, this expo will take place at the Fayetteville Town Center during Black History Month.

This is a family-friendly event where the community can shop and support small businesses in a vibrant, nighttime setting.

• For-Profit Businesses: $200
• Non-Profit Organizations (501c3): $100
• Late Registration Fee: Additional $100 applies after the February 7th deadline

Each booth includes:

• 10’ x 10’ Space
• 1 Table (6 ft.)
• 1 Black Tablecloth
• 2 Chairs
• Food Trucks: Dedicated outdoor space on the downtown Fayetteville square

Deadline to Apply: February 7th 2026, at midnight (No exceptions or extensions)

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. If vendor slots are sold out, join the waitlist. Waitlisted vendors will be notified as spots become available due to cancellations.

Vendor Booth Set-Up Options:

Friday, February 20: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Saturday, February 21: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

All vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 AM on February 21.

Expo Hours: Saturday, February 21, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Vendors cannot pack up or leave early (before 4:00 PM).

• Only one business per registration/booth.
• The registered business must match the submitted application and signed participation agreement.
• No MLM (Network Marketing) businesses, political affiliates, or campaign vendors will be accepted.
• Vendors must manage their own clean-up, tablecloth return, and tax compliance.

• Arrival Time: Vendors must arrive by 9:00 AM on February 21. Late arrivals (over 1 hour) without communication may result in forfeiture of your booth.
• Bring your own products, promotional materials, and payment devices.
• Power and Wi-Fi access may be available upon request.

By registering or attending, you agree to allow Black Owned NWA and its partners to record, photograph, or videotape you during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including on social media and websites. No royalties or approvals will be granted.
