This session is all about how you move your body! Taking your dancing to the next level is less about stockpiling new moves and more about doing the moves you know in new and exciting ways. Learn how to move your entire body when you dance, deepen your partner connection, and prevent injuries.
*The Building Blocks track is for those who have been dancing lindy hop for at least four months.

7:45-9:00pm - Foundations A
This is where you begin! This Foundations session will start with the basics, but quickly move into exploring how those basics can change! The focus of this class is on fun and experimentation.
The Foundations level is perfect for you if:
- you’re brand new to lindy hop.
- you’ve done other types of swing dancing.
- you want to review the foundational patterns and concepts of the dance.
(If you're unsure where to start, the Foundations level is always a good option. Even if you've been dancing for a while, we guarantee you'll learn something new!)

9:00-9:30pm - Open Practice
This is time to practice the skills you just learned! Our instructors will be there to answer questions and help you smooth out sticky points.
Our goal? Help you become the best lindy hopper you can be while also having a ton of fun
