Daryl currently serves as the Director of Diversity & Belonging at Joni & Friends. In this role he is responsible for promoting a healthy, diverse, and dynamic Lead Like Jesus culture where all feel and know they belong. He provides strategic leadership and develops collaborations designed to implement best practices and enhance an environment that values everyone with diverse backgrounds.. Daryl has twenty-eight years of experience in the local church. He also serves as the Founder & Co-pastor of Reconcile Church LA, a new church plant in Central Los Angeles, committed to the gospel, diversity, discipleship, missions & church planting.

Daryl is married to his best friend Stacy, together they have three opinionated, spunky, talented, wonderful daughters: Danica (16), Dayna (13) & Delaney (8).
