Feb 27 Full Worm "Blood" Moon Fire Ceremony

Join us in sacred circle at MI Fillosophy in Plymouth for a fire ceremony as we choose what to release in the energy of the Full Worm "Blood" Moon, and what to cultivate in our lives moving forward. Carla will guide you through the process of releasing that which you are ready to let go of, and calling in new behaviors and qualities to support you in making the changes you wish to make.

According to Almanac.com, the name Worm Moon refers to the beetle larvae that begin to emerge from the thawing bark of trees and other winter hideouts at this time. And "Blood Moon" refers to the reddish hue of the moon when it is in the shadow of the Earth during the lunar eclipse that accompanies this Full Moon.

A fire ceremony is an opportunity for healing and transformation. It is also a time to be in community and share in a judgment-free space. We do sacred fire ceremony to release something that is no longer serving us, and to begin to cultivate new habits, and behaviors. Fire ceremony can help make subtle (or not so subtle) shifts in your life.

Bring water / non-alcoholic beverage of choice in a resealable container, whatever you need to be comfortable (cushion, yoga mat, layers, cozy socks or slippers, blanket). Optional items: journal, pen, small item to place on the altar (will be returned to you).

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time so we can begin on time.

There is no drug or alcohol use at the event.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or to remove, anyone intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or to anyone behaving in a disruptive or unruly manner. No refunds will be given in these instances.
