Coach Sara will lead youth athletes through all aspects of Biking & Running & Transitions. The water temps are a bit chilly for the youth athletes to be swimming just yet. We'll have a great training & finish with a duathlon!Bring bike & run gear.

Training will take place inside Lake Louisa State Park. Pay the $5 entry fee at the guard shack (or show your FL State Park Pass) and drive to the beach/swimming parking lot. Look for Coach Sara there.
Bike & Run Training
PLUS a short race to wrap up practice!
Arrive wearing your tri suit or biking kit and meet at the beach/picnic parking lot.
**ATTN PARENTS: One parent per child must be on site for the final 30 minutes of the training session to volunteer for the short race! Let's keep this race fun & safe!!
What to bring?
- Bring your BIKE & RUN gear for FUN training & racing experience!...no swim gear this time due to cold water temps.
- Helmet REQUIRED
- Pack a snack & two FULL water bottles.
More snacks will be provided by Coach Sara, plus a waterjug on site to refill waterbottles!
