本イベントは、東京都の事業である「グローバル交流活性化事業」の一環として実施されます。グローバルなネットワークの構築と国際的な連携の促進を目的に、「Plug into TOKYO – Connected by Innovation」をテーマに掲げ、企画・開催いたします。

This event is organized as part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s “Global Business Networking Program.”Under the theme “Plug into TOKYO – Connected by Innovation,” the event aims to foster global networks and strengthen international collaboration.

This session explores how global technology companies design and scale their HR strategies in fast-changing, multinational environments.
Moving beyond theory, the discussion will focus on real-world practices used by global tech leaders, with a particular spotlight on Cisco’s approach to people strategy and organizational design.

Through a keynote and discussion led by senior HR leaders from Cisco and other global technology companies, participants will gain practical insights into:

• Hiring and developing global talent
• Managing organizations across cultures and regions
• Building scalable HR strategies that support business growth

In addition, this session will share practical career tips for individuals interested in working at global technology companies, offering perspectives directly from leaders shaping HR at the forefront of the industry.
