Booth Numbers 1-27 add $50.00 for electricity.
An exhibit space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Exhibit space includes a 8 foot by 10 foot curtain on back if in a middle aisle. Exhibitors may not install any solid structure materials to the front half of any exhibit space higher than four feet that would obstruct the Line of Sight of an adjacent exhibitor.
110 volt electrical available in booths 1-27 at $50 an exhibit. Internet Access is complementary on a non-secure open wireless system.
Exhibits can be assembled on Friday, January 24th from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. All exhibits must be assembled by the opening of the show at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25th.
<h4>Move Out:</h4>Exhibitors shall not remove their exhibit in part or whole, prior Sunday, January 26th at 3:00 p.m. Exhibits must be removed from the building by Monday, January 27th at 12:00 p.m. If the exhibitor fails to remove their exhibit, Features Fieldhouse Staff will do so and an expense of $500 dollars will occur.
<h4>Retail, Sales:</h4>This is a selling event. The acceptance of payment for goods or services, or the receipt of a deposit for reservations is encouraged. The exhibitor is responsible for reporting and payment of all taxes as well as complying with all State and Federal Laws.
<h4>Insurance:</h4>Exhibitor agrees to obtain and maintain Comprehensive General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00. Date of coverage shall be from January 24th, 2025 to January 26th 2025.. Features Fieldhouse shall be named as additional insured on such policy. The exhibitor shall supply Features Fieldhouse with a Certificate of Insurance as proof of coverage prior to the show.
~No subletting booth space. Only your company can occupy your space.
~Side walls can not exceed 8 feet high.
~Amplifiers, video games, radios that may interfere with other exhibits are not permitted.
~No shelled peanuts, popcorn, helium balloons or confetti may be given away or on premise.
~Cancellations must be in writing and done before 1 month prior to event for refund.
~Nothing can be removed from your booth, or your booth dismantled before Sunday January 26th at 3:00 p.m. Exhibitors found dismantling before 3:00 p.m. will be fined $100.00. Any fines not paid will result in being banned from future shows.
~Exhibitors must have a representative in their space at least half of the time the exhibits are open to the public.
