Beginning at 1 p.m., Pulitzer Prize winning novelist Jayne Anne Phillips will discuss her career and her award-winning novel, Night Watch. Night Watch is set in central West Virginia and is the story of a mother and daughter seeking refuge in the chaotic aftermath of the Civil War.
This featured author event is a part of the 2025 WV Book Festival. It will take place in Ballroom A/C inside the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center, and admission is free! Book signings will be available after the author presentation.
