Feathered Marvels:Birds of the Perinton Area

Many of our local breeding birds are very colorful. We will explore them in different habitats, from canopy dwellers, mi-level birds, those that prefer ground level, and waterbirds. These breeding birds will be selected from one 300 acre area to show how diverse species can coexist. I will further show photos of the various hummingbirds of the United States and perhaps another short subject.
Following the discussion, Dominic will sign copies of his book, Feathered Marvels: The Natural History and Extraordinary Lives of Birds.
