f you’ve never tried it before, or even if you’re an old hand, come and learn something about the magic of storytelling. What is it about stories that has kept us entertained from our very beginnings? In this workshop, you will be introduced to some of the skills of the storyteller, how to remember stories, how to make them your own, where stories come from and how to joyfully share them with others.
Ashley Ramsden is the founder of the School of Storytelling at Emerson College in East Sussex, the longest running centre of its kind. He has run storytelling workshops all over the world, along with his acclaimed one-man shows. He Is co-author of the classic handbook The Storyteller’s Way with Sue Hollingsworth and is a speaker of Sacred Poetry.
